The Gardens Village Center is adjacent to Club Connerton, the recreation and social hub of the community. Its plan calls for a mix of office and retail space.
Connerton is not a homogenized community that attracts one type of resident. Rather, they embrace a variety of people from all stages of life to form a true community. Singles to couples, and families to empty nesters are all welcome at Connerton.
Connerton Nature Preserve is a sanctuary to hundreds of species of native birds and wild life including anhinga, alligators, blue herons, wood storks, sand hill cranes, bats, otters, owls and snakes.
Scenic two-mile trail winds its way through natural wilderness, lakes and wetlands that are private and don’t abut any houses. The trail is comprised of picturesque walkways, elevated boardwalks and asphalt trails. We also feature a major thoroughfare system of 10-ft wide sidewalks that allow for easy biking and walking passage. Altogether, Connerton has more than 10 miles of trails and oversized sidewalks already in place, with plans for more miles in the future.
For this reason, the home lots vary in size, and homes reflect the diversity of residents’ needs, ranging from 1,481 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet.
Club Connerton has a full time activities director planning social programs, youth programs and holiday programs, a kid zone area, fitness center with personal trainers pilates and fitness fusion, onsite cafe, tennis classes. basket ball court, large resort style pool, and barbeque pavillion.
